Today’s Macrobiotic dish were

*Brown rice w/ millet and Red bean

*Teriyaki staffed fried bean curd, broccoli

*Pressed salad, turnip, cabbage and apple

*Kabocha kombu (Simmered pumpkin and kombu)

*Natto (fermented soy bean)

*Kukicha (Roasted twig tea)


Pan fry the Staffed fried bean curd both side until golden brown without oil. Add Teriyaki sauce for taste.

Soy bean contains isoflavone which works like an estrogen (female hormone)

Estrogen is good for aging, osteoporosis and menopause symptom. Therefore take a soy bean and soy bean products often.

You may simmer Staffed fried bean curd and vegetables
