Macrobiotic dish
Today’s macrobiotic dish is
*Brown rice
*Vegetables soup (dried daikon, burdock, enoki mushroom, long cabbage, Chinese chives)
*Broccoli penne gratin (broccoli, penne, soymilk white sauce, onion, bread crumb,)
*Pumpkin kombu (pumpkin, kombu, sea salt, soy sauce)
*Carrot w/ sesame dressing (carrot, white sesame seed, soy sauce)
*Daikon radish w/ yuzu miso (daikon, sea salt, yuzu miso, yuzu, bonito flaks)

1) Carrot cut into matchstick then boil or steam. Cool it down
2) White sesame seed in Sribachi. Grin finely, add a soy sauce a bit. If you prefer rich taste, you can add tahini (sesame seed paste)
3) Carrot put in to Suribachi. Mix with sesame seed.

1) Daikon cut into matchstick. Mix w/ sea salt a bit. Keep it 10-15 minutes then squeeze excess water.
2) Yuzu miso, yuzu zest, bonito flakes mix w/ daikon radish.
Broccoli penne gratin: white sauce is made of soy milk.
