How to make soy bean salad.

This salad I posted yeaterday which is good for summer dish.

Ingredients:

Boiled soy bean

Tomato cut into dice

Cucumber cut into dice and mix w/ sea salt. Remove excess water

Onin mince

Boild carrot cut into dice

Boiled tossa jute cut


Mix all indredients and dressing in the bowl and transter that to salad bowl.

You may sprinkle sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds on this salad.



Dressing is very simple. Ume vinegar mix boiled water of soy bean. You may add pepper if you want. Boiled water is sweet, so neutralize the salty taste of Ume vinegar.

I used the sesame oil and soy sauce for Grilled rice ball. That’s why I didn’t use oil and soy sauce for this salad.

Other idea for salad dressing: Mix soy sauce, oil, vinegar and boild water.

You may change the soy bean to other beans, like a chick pea, lentil bean, and white bean.

Vegetables may change sesonnal vegetables.
