Arame is traditionally used to help relieve female disoders and to bring to down high blood pressure.

<<Ingredients>>

Arame (washes and drains)

Onion (sliceed)

Water

Sesame oil

Soy sauce

1) Heat up the pan with oil. Then add the onions and saute for 2-3mins.

2) Place the Arame on top of onions and add water to just cover the onions.

3) Bring to a boil, turn the heat to low simmer 20mins.

4) Add small amount of soy sauce. Sommer other 5-10mins and then mix and stir until the liquid has evaporated.

If you add soy sauce too much, taste will be bitter. In this case, you can add lemon juice and rice syrup for adjustment. Keep the flame to low for bring out the sweeet taste.

You may add corn, tempeh, carrot, dried daikon etc
