KIのレベル１/Level 1 of KI

KI(Kushi Institute)に行く前は、日本人の参加者がいないと思っていました。でも、私以外に8人の日本人がいたのは、心強かったです。生徒は女性が多く、男性しかいない職場（調理場）で働いていた私には、久しぶりに女性環境でした。

レベル１での授業は、マクロビオティック指圧・哲学・歴史・ヒーリング・望診・料理エクササイズなどで、総授業時間は、4週間で169.5時間。4週間目には、テストもあります。

I thought no Japanese students in the class before I go to KI (Kushi Institute). But, there were 8 Japanese there that encourage for me. I used to work in kitchen (all male). But, students of KI were almost female. It was like a female school.

I learned Macrobiotic Shiatsu, Philosophy, History, Healing, Diagnosis, Cooking, and Exercise etc…in level1. Total 169.5 hours in 4 weeks. We had the test at 4^th week.
