ストックホルムにもマクロビオティック料理のレストランがありました。お店に連れて行ってくれたのは、スウェーデン在住の日本人の方です。彼女はマクロ実践者で、週末には教室も開かれていました。


スウェーデンのオーガニック商品にはKRAV(クレーブマーク)と呼ばれる緑色のマークがついています。スーパーにはKRAVコーナーがりました。




There are some Macrobiotic restaurants in Stockholm. Japanese lady who is living in Sweden took me to the macrobiotic restaurant. She has a macrobiotic cooking class on weekend.

Organic items have the “KRAV” mark. There is “KRAV” section in the supermarket.
