1 laerg yellow onion(たまねぎ)
sea salt(シーソルト)
3 cups cooked chickpeas (ひよこ豆)
4 cups vegetable broth(野菜スープ,,水でも大丈夫)
2 cloves garlic(にんにく)
1/4 teaspoon saffron (サフラン)
3 large egg yolks, lightly beaten(卵黄)
1 cup plain yogurt (Greek )(グリークヨーグルト)
Sweet paprika(パプリカ)
