We can began to consider the possibility of mission mobilization in Japanese churches.

To understand Japanese culture, I try to know Japanese worldviews and religious values.

The Japanese have their own special culture and values, and even though they are the same Asians, they have their world that is difficult to understand. It is also a country that lives in many idol cultures, but possesses modern culture, and advanced technology globally and is an economically influential country.

It is stated that by explaining the distinctive features and culture of the Japanese, a more active and strategic missionary strategy will be established and a Japanese mission as wise as a snake and as pure as a dove will be. Additionally, I would like to look back on the history of Japanese Christianity and see the survival of the Christian faith in history, Japanese churches, and Christians who endured severe persecution. It is also possible to comprehend Japan's potential possibilities through historical facts.

By understanding the concept of mission and the Biblical basis, I would like to examine the definition and role of mission mobilization and the Biblical basis for mission mobilization. Additionally, I would like to dream about the possibility that Japanese churches can be missional churches and can join world missions, and we can also think of mobilization strategies in Japan's situation.

It is an island country and a country with many idol cultures while looking at the special culture and environment of Japan.

Also, Japan is a country that has a long history of relations with Korea.

In particular, Japan has made a national form and developed culture by civilizing Japan with arrivals such as Baekje and Goguryeo migrants from the Three Kingdoms Period of Korea entering Japan.
And Korea and Japan have a history of conflicts such as the Imjin War in the Joseon Dynasty and the Japanese occupation period.
I think that the influence of Japan's advanced technology and civilization after modernization also affected the development of the Korean economy.

Japan is a very important neighbor to Koreans, but it is also a neighbor that shares the history of conflict.

Japan is a very important country in the history of Christianity in Asia.

With missionary Francis Xavier preaching the Gospel to Japan in 1549, it seems that the history of the gospel began in Japan.
Even before that, there are traces of Nestorian-related Christians in Japan, but the seeds of the Gospel are sown at that time.

And Japan have a great revival as influential people such as daimyo and samurai accept the Gospel and those who are subordinate to them in feudalism accept the Gospel naturally.

However, Toyotomi Hideyoshi unified the whole of Japan, and although he was initially tolerant of Christians, he began to think of the Christian countries' colonial expansion policies as related to missionaries and local Christians, and he became opposed to Christianity.

In the process of martyrdom and persecution of Christians for various policies, some people are sincerely martyred, are apostate, stay hidden, compromise on idolatry,
The blood history of Japanese martyrdom continued until about 1872 when Protestant missionaries entered Japan.

And the acceptance of the Gospel by the young Japanese, Japan provides an opportunity to blossom modern history.

Representative Christian are Clark Missionary at Hokkaido Agricultural School,
and Uchimura Ganjo, etc.

And during the time of Japanese imperialism, it was divided into two streams in Japan, which deified the Japanese emperor and divided into Christians who were loyal to Japanese imperialism and those who opposed it.

And the Some Japanese Christian at that time were persecuted for not deifying the Japanese king, for not participating in the shrine worship.

And the Japan imperialist colonialization policy, seems to have adopted similar policies on the Korean Peninsula, Manchuria, and Taiwan, especially Korean Christians who compromised with the shrine worship or martyred against it.

Representatively, there are Pastor Joo Ki-chul, Pastor Son Yang-won, who suffered in prison, and  some Christian who opposed the shrine worship.

And during the Korean War, after the defeat of World War II, Japan the collapsed economy was restored, and the Tokyo Olympics were held in the 1960s, after that development of various industries, Japan appeared in the ranks of advanced countries.

It is a G7 country that has influence in various fields such as science, technology, electronics, and automobiles etc.

There are many opinions about Japan's economic growth, but as a missionary, I believe that God remembered the bloodshed by many martyrs in Japanese history, renewed Japan in ruins after the war.

In addition, in Japanese culture, Christian culture is mixed with many idol cultures,

We can see subconsciously Christianized areas sometimes.

Japan is very important in the history of Christianity in Asia,
In particular, along with the early arrival of the Gospel, seminaries were established, Christian schools and related institutions were established, and it seems certain part of history that it was a country influenced by Christian influence.

For Korean Christians, the country of Japan, the Japanese church, we have to forgive, love, pray, cherish, serve, and serve,

At the ending period, we have to cooperate about world missions together, and we know that Japan is a country with the key to unification of the Korean Peninsula. When we embrace, forgive, and love Japan, I think it will be the beginning of an opportunity to resolve the various conflicts that are the wounds of the Korean Peninsula.
The current Japanese church faces many difficulties and challenges, but it seems to do their best in the environment surround to them.

And the improvement of Korea-Japan relations, which led to the Korean Wave boom, is also used as a new opportunity for Evangelism.
