『引き続き米国労働市場へのリスクとなる移民及び非移民の入国停止に関する大統領布告』の発表

●移民及び非移民（H-1B、H-2B、 L-1、J-1）の入国停止に関する大統領布告の有効期限が本年3月末まで延長されました。

１．昨年12月31日、トランプ大統領は、措置の発効時点で有効な査証等を持たない移民および非移民（H-1B、H-2B、L-1、J-1）の入国停止・制限（ビザ発給制限）に関する大統領布告（昨年4/22付10014号、同6/22付10052号）の有効期限を2021年3月31日まで延長する新たな大統領布告に署名しました。
