このプログラムは、オークランド語学学校「Wordwide School of English」で最低4週間の英語研修を受け、フライト関連の専門学校『Travelcareers』でフライトアテンダントコース12週間を修了します。
フライトアテンダントコースの参加条件は、TOEIC625以上。
ただ、Travelcatreer が提供するフライトアテンダントコースの生徒の殆どが、ニュージーランドの現地学生であり、もちろん英語でのトレーニングですので、TOEIC625レベルですとリスニングレベルが足りずに厳しい環境です。留学する時の英語力にもよりますが、約3ヶ月以上の英語研修を受けてからフライトアテンダントコースに進んでいくことが望ましいでしょう。

Demonstrate ability to manage air services emergencies
Identify, as a flight attendant, major aircraft components
Present information orally to an audience
Collaborate within a group/team which has an objective
Identify & manage the effects of shift work
Demonstrate knowledge of airport geography
Demonstrate support mechanisms for customers with specific needs
Demonstrate knowledge of introductory aviation terminology
Demonstrate basic business principle for commercial airlines
Demonstrate knowledge of dangerous goods and hazardous items in the aviation industry
Demonstrate knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on board an aircraft
Provide food and beverage services on board an aircraft
Demonstrate knowledge of & comply with food hygiene requirements on board an aircraft
Demonstrate ability to manage passengers on board an aircraft
Demonstrate knowledge of and use of aircraft safety and emergency equipment
Carry out fire fighting procedures on board an aircraft
Demonstrate knowledge of crew resource management on board an aircraft
