The Second Set of the game did not turn out very easy for Team Beauty as Team Cool took its revenge. Team Cool’s Brandon-kun and Teacher Nino fired their hard and powerful services away from the “libero-like” Teacher Hazel and “A attacker” Teacher Jan which tested the receiving skills of Teachers Angela, Juvy and Lea as they became the new targets.

The plan worked out for Team Cool and gave Brandon-kun and Teacher Nino three service aces each which gave their team a 4-point lead.

Despite the close fight showed in the Second Set, Team Beauty stayed resilient and claimed the second set with a finishing serve from Teacher Jan which resulted to a score of 12-15 therefore, making TEAM BEAUTY as the FIRST CHAMPION team of the FIRST VOLLEYBALL GAME in the history of ENC-GNA.

As the first team to mark history, Team Beauty humbly believed that victory would not be possible without the players who stood up in the game namely, 9-Teacher Hazel – the highest scorer with 10 points on service aces, 14-Teacher Jan with 5 points on service aces and 4 attacks and team captain 12-Reiko with 8 service aces and 1 attack and above all, the team strongly believed that their courage in facing an “all-men Team Cool and teamwork made them stronger inside the scorching hot and sandy volleyball court of Paradise Island, Davao City.
