さて本日の先生紹介ははＳｈｉｎ先生です
長くENC/GNAでレッスンを受け持っているので、何年も受講されている生徒さんも多いことでしょう。Ｓｈｉｎ先生にも興味があること、レッスンについて質問してみました
【ＳＨＩＮＩＮＧ ＳＨＩＮ】Q What is one thing that interest you the most?
ShinI am interested in touching others’ lives. One way of being a part of the lives of others is becoming a teacher of inspiration. I want to inspire students to continue learning as they persistently inspire me in teaching. Also, I am interested on meeting people who have various beliefs, cultures, views and personalities for these people help me a lot on honing myself to become a better individual.
Ｓｈｉｎ先生は教えることに興味があって、生徒さんと先生の間でインスピレーションを与え合う関係を大事にしているようです
違う文化がバックグランドにあることで、別の考え方ができ、人として豊かなになるのですね。

Q. How do you motivate students who want to study English but find it difficult?
ＳｈｉｎI believe that everyone has the potential to be great in the future. And as an English teacher, I always believe in the student’s capabilities in learning the English Language.
To those students who are struggling in learning English, I used to share my own experiences to them in learning the language. I often share that I was once like them but, eventually, practicing and believing to myself lead me on becoming who I am right now, an English teacher. I also observe student-teacher relationship to where I connect and be friend with the students by knowing them well and being aware of their conditions; mentally, physically and emotionally. With these motivations, I can encourage students to enjoy learning English.

生徒さんの可能性を信じて、友達のように心身の状態を理解し、英語が楽しく学べるように勇気付けてくれているようですね
Q What are your favorite words (phrases, or quotes)? and why?
ＳｈｉｎHelen Keller was a deafblinded person who became a famous author. Helen once said,
“Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement, nothing can be done without hope and confidence.”
I admire this quote because of the optimism of Helen Keller that despite of having disabilities she continued to pursue her dreams.
The quote reminds me that being a positive thinker can lead us to success. We have to hope for the best and be confident on reaching our dreams.
Ｓｈｉｎ先生のお気に入りはヘレンケラーの言葉から
困難に対しても楽観的でありつづけ、夢を成し遂げたヘレンケラーを尊敬し、ポジティブ思考は成功への道だと思い出させてくれるといいます。ベストを尽くして夢への道のりを信じることが重要なのですね
真っ直ぐな気持ちを持ったＳｈｉｎ先生のレッスンからは英語を学ぶ勇気がもらえそうです
