So we need 10 hours of flight experience if you want to fly a drone in front of the Public as below
人口集中地区などでドローンを飛行させる場合には 「航空局への飛行許可申請」
が必要となってきます。現在の規定では申請の際に「操縦経験10時間以上」 が必要です。
