In 90's I was in 7-11 on Sunset BVD, L.A you know 7-11 originally from the USA right and there were 2 Japanese girls in the 7-11.
They were looking for ONIGIRIs there I couldn't believe it but I didn't say anything and I laugh a lot after I saw that!!!
