1ローターロードスター）3Dプリンターでアルミ製インマニを印刷しました！

1ローターミアータ。
ローター数1,2,3,4と、ロータリーコンプリートに必須のプロジェクトらしい。
何度か試作品を樹脂で印刷して、最終仕様に至る工程は正しく開発現場。
データを金属3Dプリントできるところに送って、アルミ製インマニが完成。

個人で、ワンオフの製品レベルを作れてしまう、すごい時代。

Loving this project so far! Just a note on your throttlebody, both the way you have it in CAD and mounted on the prototype is wrong. With the Electronics side downward, it is very prone to getting condensation in it and messing with the position sensors. Bosch's application note about mounting position describes the acceptable angles.
今のところ、このプロジェクトは大満足です！スロットルボディについて一言。CADでの設計図とプロトタイプへの取り付け方法の両方が間違っています。電子部品側を下向きにすると、結露が発生しやすくなり、位置センサーに悪影響を与えます。Boschのアプリケーションノートに、取り付け位置に関する許容角度が記載されています。
