I was the pre-delivery detailer at a BMW dealership for years, a lot of the time the sales staff would get mad that I was taking a long time to get one of the vehicles they sold ready for delivery. I would try to explain to them everytime that many of the cars required extensive compounding, polishing, clay bar, touch ups even from the factory. it wasn't just a simple wash and ready to go. they never understood how much it can actually take to make a car actually look new, even when it is.

Larry, that car was night and day different before and after it left your shop. Incredible, when you say the paint looks wet after sanding / polishing you weren't kidding. Hats off to you and your experience dealing with these types of imperfections.
