Wow. I have been to DC more than once. It did NOT look like this mess today. I lived in Los Angeles for years. Visited a couple years ago and was absolutely shocked at the homeless tents along the I-5. I understand the same is happening in Seattle and Portland. America is quickly turning into a third world country right before our eyes.
