マン島TTでの人気者、ガイ・マーチンの番組と思われる。
自転車メーカー「Orange Bikes」の、工場紹介のようです。
ガイ・マーチン自身が、職人さんから説明を受け、アルゴン溶接、紛体塗装し作ったフレームで自転車を組み上げていきます。（途中職人さんのサポートあり）
FOXのサスが付いているので、高い自転車ですね。
作った自転車はもらえたのだろうか、気になるところ（笑）
製造過程で興味深い点が有ったので書いておくと、自転車の場合、パイプを溶接組みしたフレームだと、軽量化の為、肉厚を変化させたパイプ（パテッドチュープ、主にロード用）を使用したりしてますが、Orange Bikesは、板をプレス機で曲げてパイプ（ダウンチューブ）を製作しているようです。
曲げ回数を増やし多角形化することで、軽量化と剛性を両立させているようです。
このようなメーカー独自の拘りを見せられると、高くても欲しくなる。
MTBのフレームは、溶接欠陥など剛性不足があるとダウンヒルで簡単に折れるそうです（笑）
溶接ビードは、強度が落ちるので削ってならさずそのままかな。（ならした方が見た目は綺麗）
映像は、字幕の無いのがちょっと痛い・・・作業映像なので見ればわかるとは思います。
