08.19の「世界人道デー（World Humanitarian Day）」に向けたイベントの一環で、パフォーマンスの映像は国連の人道支援キャンペーンで使用される。
普段は厳粛な雰囲気が漂う議場には即席のステージと巨大スクリーンが設置され、スパンコールが輝く白いドレス姿のビヨンセさんは、地震に襲われた街でがれきの中を捜索する救助隊や洪水の映像を背にヒット曲「I Was Here」を歌った。
