(No.2)Going on cruises for the first time in four…ameblo.jpイタリア、ジェノア (ジェノヴァ) の世界遺産とは英語Genoa、イタリア語Genovaご存じのように、イタリア、ジェノア (ジェノヴァ) の世界遺産は「レ・ストラーデ・ヌオーヴェとパラッツィ・デイ・ロッリ制度」として有名です。その世界遺産とは、16〜17世紀に金融業で繁栄した貴族たちが、来賓をもてなす迎賓館として建てた「新しい街路群（ストラーデ・ヌオーヴェ）」と、その「目録（ロッリ）」に登録された宮殿群のことです。豪華なルネサンス・バロック様式の邸宅が並び、現在は博物館やオフィスとして活用されており、特にガリバルディ通り（旧ストラーダ・ヌオーヴァ）に集中しています。クルーズポートから歩いて行くことができますので、行って見てください。本号では、ご紹介は省略させていただきます。ジェノヴァの世界遺産については、Webに数多くUpされていますので、そちらをご覧くだされば幸甚です。World Heritage Sites in Genoa , ItalyGenoa, Italy, is best known for its World Heritage Site, "Le Strade Nuove and the Palazzi dei Rolli."These sites comprise the "New Streets (Strade Nuove)," built by aristocrats who prospered in the financial industry in the 16th and 17th centuries as guesthouses to entertain guests, and the palaces registered in their "Inventories (Rolli)."The area is lined with luxurious Renaissance and Baroque mansions, now used as museums and offices, and is particularly concentrated around Via Garibaldi (formerly Strada Nuova).It's within walking distance from the cruise port, so be sure to check it out.In this issue, we will skip the introductions.There are many websites that contain information about Genoa's World Heritage Sites, so we hope you will take a look.-----------------------------------------------------それでは入港時の様子からスタートしましょう-----------------------------------------------------高さ76メートル の歴史的なジェノヴァ灯台ジェノヴァ灯台（イタリア語：Lanterna di Genova）、通称ラ・ランテルナは、ジェノヴァ港の主灯台です。近隣の夜間航行の重要な補助灯であるだけでなく、ジェノヴァ市のシンボルでありランドマークでもあります。The historic Genoa Lighthouse, 76 metres highThe Genoa Lighthouse (Italian: Lanterna di Genova), commonly known as La Lanterna, is the main lighthouse of the port of Genoa. However, infrastructure management and train operation have been separated, and the private railway company Italo also operates high-speed trains, resulting in a mix of state and private operators.-----------------------------------------------------こちらはケーブルカーのプリンチペ駅This is the Principe cable car station.Pic.06説明図はありますが、路線延長距離や標高差等の詳細は一切ありません。There is an explanatory map, but no details about the route length or elevation difference.Pic.07駅前に掲示されているケ－ブルカーの説明図An explanatory diagram of the cable car posted in front of the stationPic.08停車駅名一覧表List of stop stations--------------------------------------ジェノヴァのケーブルカーについてジェノヴァには、歴史あるケーブルカー路線が3つあります。1. サンタナ線2. ゼッカ・カステッラッチョ線3. プリンチペ・グラナローロ線ジェノヴァは、海と急峻な丘陵に挟まれた狭い国土と独特の地形のため、生活には厳しい場所でした。果てしなく続く急斜面を登ったり下りたりするのは至難の業でした。この状況を緩和するため、地方自治体はケーブルカーを建設しました。ケーブルカーは、交通渋滞や大気汚染を避け、地元住民にとって便利な交通手段となりました。乗車料金について（現在は無料開放されているようです）最初は頂上まで歩いて行けるかもしれないと思っていましたが、急な坂を登り始めたら無理だと分かりました。たまたま通りかかった地元の方が「そこまでは歩いてはいけないので、ケーブルカーに乗りましょう。無料ですよ。」と教えてくれました。About the Genoa FunicularGenoa is home to three historic cable car lines.1. Sant'Anna Line2. Zecca Castellaccio Line3. Principe Granarolo LineGenoa's narrow land area and unique topography, sandwiched between the sea and steep hills, made it a challenging place to live. Traveling up and down the endless steep slopes was extremely difficult.To alleviate this situation, the local government built the cable car, a convenient means of transportation for local residents that avoided the city's traffic congestion and pollution.Regarding the fare (it seems to be free now)At first, we thought we might be able to walk to the top, but when we started climbing the steep slope, we realized it was impossible for us. A local resident who happened to be passing by told us, "You can't walk up there, so take the cable car.
