As you need something for some reasons such as for your job or school and you waited already before you get the things, is it possible for you say truth what you want to say your boss or teacher?
It might be difficult to explain.
Here is the thing what happens recently...
My job is going to have a new project in a couple of months, of course I am going to relate with new one with my co-workers. Most of the workers do not know what what they are going to do, then they talk about it with their imagination. One of the workers started to change the task without other worker's approvals. Practically, the worker has lots of experience and knows many things, but all of the workers share the job. I told the worker what I need a couple of things but not all. I could understand what the worker tried to do. However the worker should ask other workers that the new plans is going to have no problem with others. Lastly, the worker told me that other workers are professional so they should do the new things without their permissions.
This was not first time, the worker said similar things before.
I just wanted to tell the worker, all of the workers are professional including you!!!!!!! and you get good salary compared to me, probably twice or three times, so you should work hard without lots of breaks.
