旭岳登山に向かうも、山腹から上は猛吹雪。
山の天気予報「ヤマテン」の予報では
3/29昼から晴れるが時間が掛かるとの予報。
朝9時から12時まで姿見駅で待っていても
晴れる雰囲気は無かったのでホテルに帰館。
2時間後、見事に晴れました・・・
ホテルは素泊まりのみの営業をしている
ケイズハウス北海道に宿泊、8,850円税込。
3/30の朝は晴れてましたが、昼から荒天に
なる予報だったので、今回も敗退しました。
I headed out to climb Mt. Asahidake,
but there was a heavy snowstorm above
the mountainside.
Yamaten, the mountain weather forecast,
predicted that it would clear up
from noon on 3/29,
but it would take some time.
I waited at Sugatami Station
from 9am to 12pm, but there was no sign of
it clearing up, so we returned to the hotel.
Two hours later, it cleared up beautifully...
I stayed at K's House Hokkaido,
which only offers rooms without meals,
for 8,850 yen including tax.
It was sunny on the morning of 3/30,
but the forecast predicted stormy weather
from noon, so I gave up again this time.
