Now, I write a diary for this morning.

I couldn't write English diary yesterday just because I was thinking about the client who must give me a complain.


To tell the truth, I had a phone call from one client who used our service at yesterday's evening.

It was about 9pm in India so it must over 0am in Japan I think.


Then I understood the fact that we mistook the service for offer him.

It was client's mistake naturally, but about this client, we had a mistake before that.

So I thought that it is difficult to explain about his mistake over the phone.


And we just gave him the quotation for the case he order another job.

After all, he didn't be satisfied with our service's quotation and just canceled.


Today, we had to use my almost all energy to solve the problem and also be frustrated.

The disadvantage to working in this company for me is that it is difficult to talk with someone about how we can deal with Japanese clients.


Sometimes, I lose my way how should I talk with client or how can we offer.

In this meaning, I have to have a common sense about CS.


I have to study from today's event.
