Finally, I could make my cell phone available.
I have had a device and tried to make it available 3 times I couldn't have done.
Today I brought passport, pan-card, a member proof of a company, and also some pictures.
I had a device so I had to buy only SIM card for it.
I spent long time for it than I thought but I could finish all things without any big problem.
Today's clerk was gentle and it was good for me.
I asked her what she said sometimes but after all, I couldn't understand some of words.
Anyways, to finish contract with Vodafone was today's big task and goal.
Now I'm satisfied with the result.
And today, I tried to talk to my friends with Skype from my house by using my roommate's laptop.
But I couldn't get through because of the quality of internet line.
Also I tried to use skype at "Syber cafe" but skype was not available there.
(Syber cafe is net-cafe in India.)
I will look for another Cyber cafe in a week and try skype again.
