Today, I got a rumor that new Japanese employee will come to our office in next week.
Now, there are 5 Japanese staffs in our office and I have never met any other Japanese in India.
So I'm really looking forward to see him (or her).
What's more, he is not intern but full-time worker.
It means that he will be in our company for long time - at least during my stay in India.
Now, there are only 2 Japanese full-time-workers in our office and 1 of them is going back to Japan in about 4 months after 3 years working.
Maybe the new employee is coming for replacement.
Our company has large market in Japan so we need some Japanese constantly for CS (customer service) or marketing.
Missing to catch the Japanese worker means the big problem for our company.
In this meaning, our company is really risky and challenging.
