Today, I cooked mabo-nasu -eggplants in spicy Chinese food.
However it is originally Chinese food, now it become one of Japanese food.
My company have some Japanese employees and one of them gave us the material-sauce few days ago.
So all we have to do was to fry up eggplants and put the sause together.
Plus, we made fried rice.
We boiled the rice in a pan but the taste and feeling was not good, so we cannot help change something about the rice.
As a result, our dinner became splendid.
Needless to say, beer bottles were on our table at some time or other.
