If you are completely new to the planet of ARK: Survival Evolved and haven't any idea the way to play, take a look at this guide that will help you understand what the UI is, what items you will need, and what creatures you want that need to be tamed ASAP. To get all the resources you need, so you can build your base and start creating more complex items that will help you survive in the later stages of the game as you go along.

Ark: Survival Evolved might be one of the most unforgiving survival games available today. The world of Ark is rough both online and offline, which makes it difficult for some new players to acclimatize early. You can also buy and sell different things through ARK Trading. This survival game takes location on a secluded island, in which the participant arrives bare and shivering at a chilly seashore surrounded with the aid of using prehistoric life. From there, they need to construct their camp and generate sources to face up to the tough nature, fend off predators, locate food, craft guns and tools, and subsequently create a farm/citadel press base from which to rule their world. In ARK: Survival Evolved The ARK kibble is used to mate tame creatures Most of the creatures prefer food made with eggs from a particular creature, along with fiber, Mejoberries, water.

How to Survive the ARK

This guide contains everything you need to know to configure ARK. This beginner's guide extensively covers the first few parts of the game, until you reach level 10.

Statistics you need to keep

There is a list of stats that players will need to maintain and update in order to survive, explore, and ultimately thrive on Ark. They are often divided into two groups, survival stats:

  1. Hunger: Players must eat constantly to increase the statistics of food.
  2. Water: Players must get drinking water to increase the statistics.
  3. Stability: This controls the player statistics in resistance to heat and cold. Ark has a working temperature of the system changes with sea level and time.
  4. Oxygen - oxygen determines how long the player can stay under the water before sinking.
  5. clumsiness: clumsiness measures player fatigue; Falling below 50% will put the survivor to sleep.
  6. Health - Health determines the amount of damage that can be exposed to death before the player; When one does not meet the main needs, it will fall.
  7. Endurance - the ability to determine how close the player's endurance runs out of energy when fighting or running.
  8. Weight - can overload lead to player movement disability significantly, making it vulnerable to attack.
  9. Melee Damage - The result of a player's attack.
  10. Movement Speed: Determines how fast or slow a player moves on the map.
  11. Drafting skill: Specifies the time it takes craft tools.

Choosing Your Starting Location

Once you select the type of your server and do the process of establishing personal, it is time to fall into the game itself. This means that you will have to choose a location to start your adventure. Map virtual island's ARK is a place widely, with many different habitats and deadly, which means that your starting location can make a difference between the first few hours of successful happening in the immediate and death ARK repeated. Overall, if you're new to the game, you'll want to start your adventure on the south coast, where resources are plentiful and deadly predators aren't a concern.

Stock up your Material

The first few minutes of ARK: Survival Evolved unfold like Minecraft. Once you get up on the beach, walk to the beach and collect some rocks. Then go up to a tree and hit it until it falls. Repeat 4-5 times and use the materials you collected to build a pickaxe. V is important. The ax can be used to mine rocks that will give you flint. Once you have a good stock of flint, make an axe. As with any survival game, tools are the key to survival.

The five materials you need most in this game are straw, wood, stone, flint and fibers. Both straw and wood are collected from trees. Use the pliers to get more straw and the ax to get more wood. The ax will also mine stones and small amounts of flint.

Make a weapon ASAP

The game focuses heavily on combat and you will need a melee weapon if you hope to defend yourself from dinosaurs. I recommend making a spear as quickly as possible because it gives you a huge advantage when fighting things. Later you can make a bow which is also very useful and will help you to eliminate enemies from a distance.

Stay Away from PvP

Jumping straight into the game and starting the PVP hustle is really tempting. Why anyone finds it fun to fight a computer? Well, it may be a bit more boring without provoking fighting each other, but pass through PvE (player vs. environment) is a difficult thing than some might expect most people. It's exciting and makes you get used to the game.

There is not much difference between PvE and PvP game elements. The only plus is the factor of the other players. However, getting into a PvP game without a good understanding of the basics of the game is like running a marathon with your shoelaces tying. Make sure you have a decent sense of the game before you decide to dive into PvP mode. If you don't know what you're doing, you will continue to die in mating.

Items & Engrams

Beginner in ARK: Survival Evolved is a player of level 15 or less, after this level most players understand the concept of how to play, what to make, and what they need to survive and advance in the game. When you first appear in the game, the first thing you need to do is collect some berries from bushes, stones, wood, and straw. You can collect berries from bushes by pressing the interact button and wood or straw by digging trees. You can collect all kinds of berries from the bushes and each of them has different characteristics and you can also get some seeds that will be useful to you in the future when you create the plots.

Stones can be picked up from the ground by pressing the interact button. Wood, straw and stone are the first resources you'll need to create the first items in the game, after that you don't need to collect them or dig trees much, but if you feel like venting, go ahead.

After years of playing Skyrim, time to play ESO and get some ESO gold.

With the constant rerelease of the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, almost every player should have played it at this point – even just once. As for those that don’t want to buy it, there’s always the high seas. Anyway, it’s been years, so perhaps it’s time to move on to Elder Scrolls Online and get some ESO gold.

A Bigger Tamriel

Perhaps the biggest reason to finally move on to Elder Scrolls Online would be the much bigger world. As the name suggests, Elder Scrolls V only allows players to explore Skyrim. In Elder Scrolls Online, there are over nine regions, including the cold, Nordic north that is Skyrim. There’s also Cyrodiil, the imperial lands where Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was set. There is also Morrowind, the region distinctly inhabited by the Dunmer, also known as Dark Elves, and where the third game in the Elder Scrolls series was set.

While one can visit the two other previously mentioned provinces, it won’t be the same. Aside from these games’ dated graphics, they also have more dated gameplay. While Morrowind can be worth trying out because of how different its combat system and roleplaying is, it has become more of a thing worth trying for enthusiasts and eccentrics.

Then there are the other provinces that have never been explored in an Elder Scrolls game. First off is Elsewyr, a mixture of savannah and desert, this province is known for its dragons. Then there’s the Black Marsh. While the name of the province is already very telling of what kind of place this is, what’s less known about it are the deadly diseases infesting it. Special mentions are Valenwood, a sub-region south of Tamriel under the Aldhmeri Dominion’s control; the wasteland-like Hammerfell that the Redguards call home; and High Rock, which is where Bretons hail from.

However, to temper one’s expectations, these provinces won’t be as big as the games they’re from, and so will the provinces that only had now to see the present-day gaming graphical light of day. Nevertheless, what they lack in respective size, they make up for it in variety.

In the Beginning

Other than going to other regions, there is another form of travel that ESO allows players to do: time travel. This is because Elder Scrolls Online is set hundreds of years before Skyrim. More than half a millennium, to be a little more precise. Yes, Elder Scrolls Online is canon, and it is chronologically the first game in that canon.

The choice is to make Elder Scrolls Online the canonically first game is mostly due to marketing-related reasons. If they set it after Skyrim, potential newcomers to the franchise would feel daunted. Ironically, however, Skyrim is canonically the latest, or perhaps the last game, and yet it managed to attract a lot of players.

Then again, it’s also a distant sequel to Oblivion and is in no way related to it. But if you think about it, a distant prequel is similar to a distant sequel, the only difference is where they are inserted into the timeline. And regardless of that geeky argument, Elder Scrolls Online is a great opportunity to see what Skyrim was like seven centuries ago. The same goes for other major provinces like Cyrodiil and Morrowind. And it’s not just about seeing how these places used to look like, but how the events of Elder Scrolls Online shaped Tamriel’s culture and politics as time went on. Play the game and see for yourself the history of the Elder Scrolls world in the making.

Sharing This Whole New World

Last but not least would be the online component. Ever since Skyrim’s release, many players have clamored for an online version of the game, as it would have been a great thing to share such a huge game world with many other players. In fact, there were even attempts for an unofficial online version of Skyrim. Unfortunately, most of them didn’t work.

Ironically, when Elder Scrolls Online was first announced, many long-time Elder Scrolls fans thought it was just a cash grab that spits on the franchise’s legacy. Much like many other entitled fan rants, they couldn’t be more wrong, as Elder Scrolls has become a much-loved part of the lore. Plus, those that decided to get into it now share such a beautiful and unique part of Elder Scrolls history with much fellow faithful.

There are many other reasons to pick up Elder Scrolls Online that weren’t mentioned here. These ones, however, are the biggest ones among them. If they can’t convince you to pick Elder Scrolls Up, then, well, maybe you’ll have to not take our word for it and try it yourself.

Leatherworking can be extremely effective when in the right hands.

Leatherworking is can be very useful to you in World of Warcraft. But before we get to a point where you won't have to buy WoW gold, we need to find out what exactly Leatherworking does to make it a vital component in the game.

About Leatherworking

When you consider how many different classes use leather armor, you soon come to terms with just how important Leatherworking is. This is something that's needed if you are going to make your mark in Azeroth with your gear. We also have legendaries now, which you will need to craft when you get to level 60. This item depends on the class or specification that you have chosen. With that said, the gear you make will offer buffs that could be the difference between victory and defeat.

You'll be relying on Leatherworking for these Legendaries, as it falls to them and other gear-crafting professions like Tailoring to make them. Leatherworking focuses on Umbrahide and Boneshatter, which are leather and mail armor sets respectively. As you can imagine, these can be very profitable to you in the game. The likes of Armor kits and other consumables that Leatherworking involves is going to certainly contribute towards this.

How to Start Leatherworking

To begin with, you will first have to go and learn the profession. You can do this by finding an NPC known as Tanner Au'qil. You'll need to go to the Hall of Shapes in Oribos if you're going to find him, so get there and go to the fourth room. He will be able to teach you what you need to know about starting Leatherworking.

Meanwhile, you'll also want to pay a visit to Distributor Au'tem. This is another NPC, though he will be selling you Leatherworking regents that aren't available anywhere else. This is a good place for you to start picking up some Penumbra Thread.

Leatherworking Materials

There are regents that you will get from Skinning, which include the likes of bones, hides, leathers, and more. You then use these to often combine together for recipes. There's a fair few items that you need to find for Leatherworking. You have Desolate Leather which you have from skinning creatures, as well as Desolate Leather Scraps. In fact, you get Callous Hide, Pallid Bone, and Gaunt Sinew as well from skinning beasts. You can get both Heavy Desolate Leather and Heavy Callous Hide from skinning these beasts. However, you can also make the former with Desolate Leather, and the Latter with Callous Hide.

You have leathers that are based on certain zones as well. You'll need to find them for particular recipes, and you may have to locate certain herbs to complete them. There's Purified Leather, which you make with 5 Desolate Leather, 5 Pallid Bone, and 3 Rising Glory. The Necrotic Leather needs the same amount of Desolate Leather and Pallid Bone but with 3 Marrowroot. The same goes for Unseelie Leather, though you'll need 3 Vigil's Touch. Sinful Leather also needs 5 of each of the Desolate Leather and Pallid Bone, plus 3 Widowbloom.

What Class to Choose

If you're looking to make gold, then there's no point beating around the bush. There is only one true choice to benefit the most from Leatherworking, and that is the Druid. With the Druid, you will be able to gather materials in both travel and flight forms. Therefore, when you are getting into farming methods, this will help you significantly.

You should pair Leatherworking up with Skinning as you will be getting the materials for one from the other. If you're going to. That said, make sure you don't waste all of your gold on raw materials at the Auction House.

This will hopefully have given you a bit more insight into the Leatherworking profession. It without a doubt plays a massive part in the game with several classes. Crafting professions are essential in World of Warcraft, and Leatherworking has a distinct advantage when it comes to farming as well.

With that being said, if your goal is to make money, then you should definitely pursue Leatherworking. When you consider the amount of gear-based items that you can craft with the profession, you are bound to find a way to make a profit. Getting enough gold so that you can afford that WoW mount for sale is going to be a great milestone achievement, and you'll be able to reach this through Leatherworking.

Have you made a profit from Leatherworking? Let us know in the comments section below!

So, you finally capped your main class and got the best-in-slot gear without spending too much FFXIV Gil. Good job! Now what? Well, instead of hanging around doing absolutely nothing while waiting ‘til the next update rolls, why not raise an alt? After all, the more classes you take up, the more you’ll enjoy and learn about the game.

If you have a lingering interest in this endeavor, here are a few tips that might help you.

Determining the Other Path

The question that needs to be settled first is this: What kind of alt do you want to level up? That’s going to depend on two things: the role you want to take up and how you want to play as that role. If you don’t know the answer to that, here are some key suggestions:

·         Take up a class with a similar role. This might be able to help you play the role better and even improve your performance with your main class.

·         If you’re a DPS, take up a class from the two other roles. By playing as either–or even both–you’ll have a better understanding of party synergy.

·         If you’re a healer, trying a tank can help you know more about pacing when healing tanks.

·         If you’re a healer or a tank and you want a break from being relied too heavily upon, try a DPS.

With that cleared, let’s start the grinding. At this point, you’ve already exhausted the story quests, so you’re left with no choice but to rely on other ways of earning EXP. For alts, the best ways to earn low-level EXP would be through the job quests. Aside from the fact that they can be quite generous with EXP and FFXIV Currency, they also teach you the basics on how to play the class. Plus, many of them tell pretty amazing stories, and knowing how they unfold can be a rewarding experience. You hit two birds (three if you’re into the lore) in one stone, making them almost a must!

Outside Your Class

However, as you gain levels, the job quests will be farther in between. As a result, you’ll have to do the usual content to you supplement the lack of quests. Once your level is sufficient, you can start taking on the Leveling Duty Roulettes. If you’re a healer or tank, chances are that you’ll be receiving EXP bonuses for being the In Needclass. Then again, there are even instances where the DPS is the In Need class.

FATEs are also a good staple when it comes to leveling up. In fact, since Duty Roulettes only give out that generous bonus once a day, and it’s quite a hassle to keep running to and fro. A lot of players level up by staying in one place and just take up all the FATEs that they can until such a time that they feel the EXP is no longer enough. They then move on to the next area.

FATEs, Leveling Roulettes, and Job Quests are going to be “rinse and repeat” until you get to level 50, where you get Roulettes for levels 50, 60, and 70. Once you get to level 70, it’s going to be a much faster and more familiar process. If you want to breeze through the grind, you should eat food items that boost EXP and make sure that you log out in major cities or near an Aethertyte for that rested EXP bonus.

There you have it! Now go ahead, level up your alt the quick and convenient way. Next thing you know, your character will have already completed each and every class available. And once you’re done with that, why not try Disciples of Hand & Land as well?

2018 has been a pretty good year for Path of Exile. The game has received numerous updates, and with each update came much attention—especially from potential players and game journos. Now, as the year closes, GGG has one last hurrah, and it’s a big one! Be ready for mystery and deceit in Path of Exile: Betrayal.

East in Spirit

For this expansion, the motif is quite obviously Asian–an interesting take as it’s a break from the game’s inherent Medieval Europe meets tribal South America aesthetic. True to the theme, you’ll be tasked to help investigate the Immortal Syndicate–a shadowy organization. The one you’ll be helping in the infiltration of this mysterious group is Jun Ortoi. From her name, getup, and mission, she’s obviously Wraeclast’s resident ninja.

To aid her, you’ll be destroying the Immortal Syndicate from within. There are 18 Syndicate members, and all of them fall under divisions, namely Fortification, Transportation, Research, and Intervention, so you’ll have to take them down systematically. You also have to be careful, as there’s a chance that other members would assist the one you’re currently attacking.

Take Me to Your Leader

Aside from killing them, you can also resort to bargaining, interrogation, and even making them turn on one another. Occasionally it’s even best to do things without bloodshed.

The endgame is to bring down the captain of the divisions. That means other from killing the members, you’ll have to raid their safehouses. In doing so, you will uncover the identity of the mastermind. The type of items these safehouses keep–including POE currency–depend on the Syndicate member that runs it. Raiding a safehouse also yields item rewards apart from what you get for raiding it. The items you’ll receive depend on the Syndicate member who owns the safehouse and what division they belong to.

Never the Same After Betrayal

Other than these PVE content players can take on, Path of Exile: Betrayal brings a host of new things to the table. The first would be the Veiled modifier. To make the most of these, you have to bring them to Jun, who will let you choose one of the three properties you can imbue the item with. Later on, you’ll be able to imbue these properties onto other items, as well as unlock their higher-level versions.

Speaking of putting modifiers on items, Master crafting has been overhauled. From the user interface, the way players obtain crafting options, and to the way it’s being unlocked, this particular feature has become made much more accessible.

Next would be the new Masters. Gone are the Forsaken Masters; taking their place are Jun as well as others: Einhar, Alva, Niko, and Zana. Their leagues, Delve and Incursion, have become a part of the core content, Bestiary has been made simpler, and Einhar is all about that bestiary.

On a more semi-retroactive note, Atlas of Worlds is getting four new maps. These are the improved version of fan-favorite tilesets from Delve’s Azurite Mine. Plus, the entirety of the Atlas of Worlds has been restructured, so players will have to find their way again. It’s a bit of a challenge, but knowing exiles, they’re very much up to the challenge.

Last but definitely not least, true to Path of Exile tradition, new skill gems will be added into the game and old skill gems will be revamped. This, of course, could mean a new meta. If I were you, I’d be ready for it!

With everything it’s bringing to the table, it’s pretty much obvious at this point that Betrayal is Path of Exile’s huge parting gift for players in 2018. Grinding Gear Games definitely spared no effort in this update. The same should go for the players who will take it on.
