授業：作文 レベル2 【Class：Level 2 Writing】
Summer quarter 3時間目（13:10～14:30）のクラスは作文(Writing)です テキストはこれ Level ２のクラスでは基本的な作文のルールを教わりました。正直、現役高校生のときはよく理解できてなかったと思うんだけどこのクラスではスラスラ頭に入ってきました Course Description (授業の説明) シラバス(Syllabus:授業のはじめにもらえる授業計画書)より In this class, you will have a lot of practice writing in English! We will learn to write basic formal English paragraphs. We will study about main ideas and use topic sentences with supporting details in several different styles. We will also write less formally in journals and letters. Always, we will pay attention to improving all of your grammar and especially practice the grammar points you are studying in your grammar class. Students outcomes (学習の成果) 1. Write a basic paragraph with a topic sentence, supporting details, and a conclusion. 2. Recognize and correct basic fragments and run-on sentences. 3. Correctly capitalize and punctuate sentences. 4. Use correct basic grammar in your writing, such as subject/verb, singular/plural, present, past, and future verb tenses. 5. Write clear, simple English (SVO) with little translation. 6. Write with "Level 2" vocabulary and length. 7. Use proper margins and indentation. 特に＃1のtopic sentence, conclusion ってのがとっても大事 決まり文句みたいなもので、 ルールとそれらの言葉を覚えて、 はじめ(topic sentence)と〆(conclusion)を きっちり書けば文章として様になる supporting detailsの部分はとりあえず topic sentenceに対する“例”とか“理由”とか を並べればなんとかなる っていうのがLevel 2での私の結論デスちなみにこのクラスは毎週最後の授業で作文のテスト(Time writing)がありました。その週に習ったルールを取り入れながら毎週100wordくらいの文を実際に作ってみるってわけ文章書くことはそれなりにパワーがいるけどルールを覚えるってことに徹して取り組んだら落ち着いて効率的に学べました(これも年の功かな？）ということで今日はここまでじゃあまたね≪備忘録≫クラスのメンバー構成はこんな感じ...
