Today I went to Yamato Medicinal Cooking class in Tokyo. The teacher, Kyoko Onishi , had lived in Europe for more than 30 years and she instructed how to keep our bodies healthy with daily foods and try to avoid using artificial medicines there. No she came back to Japan and does her method using Japanese homemade recipes.

At this time we learned foods which are goods for a Brain and Cranial nerves.
