いやぁ～
少し肌寒くなってきましたね。
秋ですね～。温泉が気持ちいいそんな季節ですね。
あー、海外行きたいっすね。
早くコロナ収束しないかな。
少し投稿が空きましたね。
その間も楽しい方々が来ていたのですが
投稿する時間がなく、ようやく投稿出来ました。
今回はまだ、夏休みの話ですが
夏はたくさん来てるので、たくさんご紹介したいです。
突然ですが
みなさん。『レズミルズ』ってご存じですか？
レズミルズ・プログラム（英: Les Mills Programs）は、
ニュージーランドに本社を置く、レズミルズ・インターナショナルが考案し
世界中に発信しているグループエクササイズプログラムである。
現在16アイテムあり世界70カ国以上で展開され、
週500万人が参加し約12,000クラブで導入されている。
僕、昔、スポーツジムで働いていたんですが
そこでも導入されていて人気のプログラムでした。
そんな中、泊まりに来てくれたお客さんと
話しているうちに、良い体をしていたので
何かスポーツをやられているんですかと尋ねると
実は昔、レズミルズのインストラクターをやっていましてと話され
えぇええええ！！
しかも、聞くと、レズミルズを教えるトレーナーのトレーナーだった。
僕、昔、スポーツジムで働いて、そこで人気のプログラムでしたっと話すと
盛り上がり、スポーツジム談義で盛り上がりました。
聞けば、僕が働いていた所にも来た事があったそうです。
まさか、ゲストハウスでレズミルズの話をするとは思っていませんでした。
向こうもそうおっしゃっていました(笑)
いやぁ、出会いって本当に面白いですね。
本当に出会いに感謝です。
コロナの大変な時期だけど
来てくれてありがとうございます。

Les Mills Programs (English: Les Mills Programs)
A group exercise program devised by Les Mills International, headquartered in New Zealand, and distributed worldwide.
