いやぁ～、もう８月も終わりますね。
なんか少しさみしいですね。
まぁ、このさみしい感じの夏の終わりも好きなんですがね（笑）
そんなことはどうでもいいんっすよ!!（笑）
そんな中で今回、お話させていただく方は
２年前にairbnbの時に利用して頂いたご家族が
また、来てくれましたよ!!
そしたら、子供たちの成長が凄くて
びっくりしました!!
２年前は子供だったのに、今回はもう大人な発言もあって
本当に子供の成長は早いと思いました。
親戚のおじさんみたいに最後の別れはさみしくなりました。
また、来年でも遊びに来てくれたら
また、成長してるんでしょうね。
それに負けないようにFREEDOM2も成長しようと思います!!
そして、次は３歳で日本を離れた帰国子女の方です。
見た目も名前も日本人なのですが
日本語が得意じゃないっという方。
すごく優しくて、僕にトレーニングメニューを考えてくださいました。
しかも、かなり丁寧に!!
トレーニング内容はもちろんなのですが
一日のカロリー数、タンパク質、脂肪などの摂取量も
教えてくださいました。
その方とは、夜、たくさん話させていただきました。
いろんな話を聞かせて頂き楽しい夜になりましたよ。
本当に皆さん、来て頂きありがとうございます。
出会いに感謝です。

I was very kind and I thought about the training menu.

Daily intake of calorie count, protein, fat etc.
I have taught you.
I talked with him a lot at night.
It was a fun night as I heard various stories.
