今日はトレーニング二日目。
Miga Beachの朝ごはんはなんとトーストが出る。結構なんか洋食っぽいものが出ると感動だ。タイムトリップした気になる。Of couse nothing so good about it. But it is not just toast , they put jam(I cannto really tell what this jam is.) and make sandwitch and toast… Yammy….. And give me the coffee too.
Nias Training seems going well. I explaing about logic tree to figure out the cause of poor people poorer and what activities we can do to improve. One of my colleaque from strategy team sent me documents of logic tree and hot to analize !!! Great help.. Thank you very much though.. So I could study alot about this market analysis too.
In the training we visited Cocoa Farmer and Traders... IT was very nice experiences. The training staff were asking many questions to them which mean i guess could see they learned!! well, びっくりしたのは、アフリカではカカオを摘んでる子供たちがカカオが何になるのか知らなかったのと同じでここのFarmerたちも、何になるのか知らなかった・・・・、。しかも値段が品質によって異なることも知らなかったみたいだ・・・・Traderが一定の値段で買ってその後にQuality別に判別し値段設定をしなおしてWhole salerに売るらしい。！！！なんと!!! （￣□￣；；；； しかもTrader たちは強いChinese Conn
ectionで出来ており、どのTraderに行っても同じ値段に言われるため値段交渉が出来ないらしい。Monopoly! なんと！
これは深堀をして誰が握っているか見ていったほうがいいぞーー！
あっという間にトレーニングも終わり、帰りの飛行機も無事に確保！！！終わった終わった・・・・（￣＾￣）ｖ
