I cannot understand to say such a thing . We have been able not to enter into the building of nuclear reactor and not to take nuclear fuel out from there yet.
It seems I became not to understand Japanese. Judging from the state of nuclear power plants that we see every day, it is impossible. Why does he let it finish within this year although it takes decades to decommissioning ?
I thought it is kidding. It must not be convergence. Cause now we just cool it, making huge of polluted water, it can stay in low temperature. It is quite far from steady state.
I do not know how I understand his declaration. Work has yet to converge. We are still working in the risk of radiation.
If Earthquake happens again, or it become unable to cool the reactor, all will end. We are not in the situation that we can take out atomic fuel. I wonder how he intends to deal with large amounts of contaminated wastes. I can only imagine they are watching the situation lightly.
The government is just lying about. Who goes to take atomic fuel out? Damage was extensive, but they says just like an inconsequential incident. Why did they tell the truth?
It was 'Kanji' day in 12 December.
Kanji expressing this year was released in KIYOMIZU temple in Kyoto.
Japanese language constitutes by 'Hira-gana', 'Kata-kana' and 'Kanji'.
Hiragana is used normally, Katakana is used for foreign words, example
for 'icecream', 'America', 'Orange' and 'computer', etc.
Kanji is Chinese letter, having means in each word, used for short cut.
First we didn't have original letters and used Chinese letter directly,
but it is said that some female auther made 'Hiragana' 'Katakana' and
start to use them for their works in more than 1,200 years ago.
Kanji of this year is 'Kizuna ( bonds between people)'.
496,997 voted totally and Kizuna got 61.453 agreements.
It is because they reconfirm the 'kizuna' to their family in the earthquake
in 3.11, or 'Nadeshiko Japan' female national soccer team, had strong
'kizuna' when they got Gold medal in World-Cup.

dry-foods, toilet papers, etc in Tokyo Area.
