再復活させて頂いた４９歳の写真集『now and all⭐️』。直訳すると『今が全て😊』。
正に生まれてから、今を生きてきて、毎日出逢いや発見、沢山の経験をさせて頂いて、楽しい事も大変な事もいろいろあって今がある、今の自分はそんな過去の自分を全部知ってて…。林先生の『今でしょう❣️』ではないですが（笑）正に今こそ全てだなぁと😊と思うのです。
呼吸が今を、そして身体は過去の副産物で自分がどう使ってきたか現れてくる場所。そして正に自分の想いがこれからの未来を創っていきます❤️。
