大好きでもあり唯一私の得意料理でもあるペペロンチーノ😊。ただ『ニンニク』『鷹の爪』『オリーブオイル』とシンプルな分、ある意味難しいお料理でもありますよね💦。アキラさんのYouTubeにお家でも簡単に美味しく出来る創り方乗ってまぁす😊。



中でもお話されてましたが、私もまずはニンニクから入れて、焦げないように一回アウトして、鷹の爪を炒めてました💦。実は唐辛子の香りがポイントなんですね😊。



茹で汁も入れてましたが、あそこまでしっかり混ぜてませんでした💦。火を止めずに乳化をさせるのがポイントなんですね!あとお皿を温めるというのも。お茶の器を温めるのと一緒ですね。この一手が、心配りが美味しさを創るんだと改めて納得❤️。
