私が提案させて頂いている『逆メソッドヨガ』とは『普段無意識にしている呼吸を意識してしてみる⭐️』とか『普段使ってない逆を意識して、正しい使い方で作っていく⭐️』とか『拮抗負荷という引っ張りあったり押し合ったりする力で関節に負担をかけず運動できるヨガ🌟』なので、ヨガを始めてされる方や身体の硬い方でもどなたにでもおすすめできる、安心安全なアンチエイジングヨガなのです😊。

そして、例えば冬に停滞しやすい経絡やツボを、あえて前の秋の季節にアーサナで刺激していけるので、未病予防にも繋がり、常に巡りのいい身体を創っていける新しいヨガなのです💜。

そして3つ目に大事なのが『自分の持っている今の認識の捉え方が誤ってないか🌟』ということ。例えば、過去の記憶などから無意識にトラウマとなってるところとかはないか…とか。

ヨガでは、自分の内側と向き合う事で、ご認知があればそれを修正し、自分の5つの感覚器官(聴覚、視覚、嗅覚、味覚、触覚)と5つの運動器官(移動、操作、発声、生殖器、排泄器)を『自分の意思で制御しながら正しい認知の元に使っていく⭐️』ということがとても大事だと言っています。

外に向きがちな意識をぜひご自身の内側に向けてみませんか?まずは目を閉じて姿勢を正して座って。一日3分でもいいです!『まず呼吸を吐き切ってから、次の呼吸を取り入れる🌟』を意識して行ってみて下さい😊。心も身体もスッキリしますよ💜。
