更にいい作品になるよう、アンチエイジングアンバサダー中島史恵❤️が、約２か月弱ではありますが『若返りマイナス７歳プロジェクト⭐️』に挑戦して作品に望みたいと思います😊。
実際avityで３ヶ月プロジェクトにご参加下さり素晴らしい結果を出してくださったモニターの皆様、そして週３回の運動を習慣に、avityに通って下さってご自身と向き合いながら常に目標に向かって頑張ってくださってるお客様からも刺激頂いて、今回奮起し決めました😊⭐️。
シェイプupガールズの頃から、私の健康美のモットーは変わらずで『運動』『食事』『睡眠』『休息』規則正しい生活を心がける事なのですが、引き続き私が気をつけてる事プラス、より『マイナス７歳若返り💕』に向けて、『お肌や全体のトーンup🌟』『スタイルup🌟』『美容やファッションup』に関してもいいなぁという事に積極的に挑戦させて頂き、かつご紹介もさせて頂いて参りますのでチェック頂けると嬉しいです❤️。
まずは髪の毛に柔らかい感じをプラスしたいので人生初『全ブリーチ』に挑戦🌟。ちょっと落ち着くまで私じゃない私みたいな感じですが私なので（笑）。乞うご期待を💕。ちょっとメイクも変えないとね💕研究してみよっと！
