筋トレは特に基本正しい認識で、ファーム作りがまず大事だと思ってます。回数は少なくても、使えてるところを意識して使えれば必ず身体は答えてくれます😊💕。



逆に間違った認識でいくら行っても、逆に関節とか身体にも負担がかかりケガにも繋がったり、自分が望む筋肉やラインには繋がりません💦。ヨガに有酸素、そして筋トレ、いろいろ楽しみながらレッスンしていきましょうねん⭐️。今日も素敵な1日を💕。そして素敵な投稿をいつもありがとうございます😊。
