I'm back after 4 days.
On tuesday, two guys came to cut some branches wich hid a roadsign.
These two guys were totally stupid because they cut branch AND the cable of phone.
No phone, no internet.
Then, my mama called france télécom to tell about our problem.
It was hard to talk with someone, after (around) 20 minutes, a woman got the call, after few minutes we got an appointment on thursday, guys of france télécom would come between 8:00am and 1:00pm.
Then, we waited two days, on thursday my mama received a message on her phone.
We should get an appointment with guys of france télécom to repair our phone.
Then, my mama called again france télécom and another woman said, we can come next thursday (wait one week, no phone, no internet), my mama was really REALLY angry!!
Finally, some guys went yesterday and repair our phone and internet.
It was annoying to wait.
People of france télécom are very lazy, more lazy than me!!!!!
How they can say "you have to wait one week without phone".
During this week, we continue to pay for phone but no phone...
This is a french problem, when something happens, an urgency or other, we ALWAYS have to wait.
unn, now it's okay but I think France sometimes sucks!!(≧▽≦)
Anyway, I'm so sorry for my bad english, hope you can understand this story...(^▽^;)
