Like I really do not like their rude behaviours and unkind instrustions.
perhaps, if i have thicker nerves, i would not be as irritated as I am now.
if i could insist what i need or what i asked, i won't get frustrated because i cannot get what i want
but it is kind of different things
i mean, i think there are lots of staff who lack common sense in this city...
like
they change their respoonse according to the customers
they do not clearly tell me where to sit even though they do not say that i can choose a seat.
they mistake my order and bring me the pasta that i do not want
they do not genuinely apologise to me for making mistakes
they do not serve pasta with a folk
they do not keep it in their mind that they made lots of mistakes
oh it is all about CONA, the pizza house in aoyama
and at another cafe
the staff does not remember that i said i was going to take the food away
thus, he prepared a tray to put food on
and i told him that i was going to take that away
then he got so hasty and told the others that the order is to go
and as a result, he forgot that he still did not pass me the change
An older staff asked like "Is bill ok?" and he goes "yes."
and he was about to pass me the receipt only. so i said i still haven't gotten the change and he apologised... that guy was a bit better than the pizza guy since he looked sorry.
i guess everyone experiences this kind of things, but they do not complain about it one by one.
I do not understand why people can stand not saying these things
i feel everyone is so tolerant
and matured
i cannot stand
and these days, very few people provides us kind and polite service.
Why is the style of service changing for the worse?
yesterday we were talking about the service style in other countries.
we feel it is pleasant that they speak to us very friendly
the difference is if they work properly or not.
Foreign people work properly and also talk to us friendly.
Japanese people do not work roughly but talk rudely

For instance, the staff of a curry shop named 天馬 in Aoyama are brilliant.
They work quickly, talk very politely, and serve us carefully.
