At Kyushu-Shinkansen,both JRs already annouced they operate
"TSUBAME" train(Hakata to Kagoshima-Chuo),"SAKURA" train (Shin-Osaka to Kagoshima-Chuo),
"TSUBAME" train(Hakata to Kagoshima-Chuo),"SAKURA" train (Shin-Osaka to Kagoshima-Chuo),
however consider competiton with Air,they plan to install "MIZUHO" train.
"MIZUHO" train takes less than 3h47min. between Shin-Osaka and Kagoshima-Chuo,
to reduce number of stopping stations.("SAKURA" takes about 4 hour.)

JR East released timetables after 4th Dec.,expanded to Shin-Aomori.

According to release,all existed "HAYATE" regular train goes to Shin-Aomori.
Number of train between Tokyo and Shin-Aomori are 15 (for each direction),
besides 2 trains (departed & arrived Sendai and Morioka) are setted.
The service operated hourly,and in daytime half train passing at
Shichinohe-Towada,Ninohe and Iwate-Numakunai.
