JR Central released they make "Family Shinkansen" on this Aug.
This train,will be operating two days in Aug(5th and 19th),
one train for each direction per day.

In the train,a lottery is held(prizes are railway toy).
For children,snacks and drinks will be offered.
In addition to it,passengers can use extra seat(s) depending on numbers of group.
(for group with 2,3,5 person:1 extra seat,4 person 2 extra seats).

The fare sets chaper than normal fare(ex.Tokyo to Osaka adult:1,000yen discount).

so tickets are only available at travel agency of JR Central's.(Not selling at any JR stations).
