JR-H prohibit to use observation deck at Limited EXP for passengers safety.
This is due to an accident which occored in Jan.
At that accident,a track run into railcrossing just when a train apporocing.
So train took damage,especially front mask.
Take this consider,JR Hokkaido avoid passengers risk.
In Hokakido, 5 train have the deck,but all deck prohibit to use from Mar.
