At the 21th of May I started jogging! (^_^)v
On the traininglessons of Kendo I noticed that my
condition could be better (>_<)Yesterday and today I jogged
ca. 30 to 45 minutes around a lake with music from
KIMURA KAELA and Beyoncé. For jogging this is better
than Hard Rock (^-^)/Actually I would have to sing loud while jogging
because of the KIAI of Kendo... but I don't want to shock
the other people(≡^∇^≡)
