Lupe was performing at the Dr. Romanelli’s 1Hund[RED] Artists shoe launch in LA about a month ago, there was also mention of his own Nike shoe under the Product [RED] line. Nike reports on them today, they are a full black patent leather All Star High with red accents and a white sole. No mention on availability yet. Via Complex
Christian Louboutin released a zipper sandal back in February 2008 and zipper on shoes has caught on to the smaller brands as well. Nike is on top of this new trend and has put out a zipper Air Max in metallic gold. This sneaker seems to be currently only available in Hong Kong, and for anyone who’s visited Hong Kong will know the locals love Nike. Look for these at Nike retailers in Hong Kong a well as on RMK Store on eBay.
While shopping in China, we spotted this new denim Nike Air Max All Star High. The sneakers feature an upper of denim with denim details, golden yellow stitching, brass lace loops and embroidered All Star circle logo patch. We are not sure if these are available out side of China but if you are on the Mainland, they retail for nike lunareclipse 295RMB or about $40US.
