I would like to tell you the result of my monitoring of newspaper articles related to HR for 3 weeks from 21 Sept to 11 Oct.
I counted the articles on the Nikkei newspaper.
The top 3 are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, which are followed by Saturday
So, on those days of the week, the Nikkei readers will be able to collect up-to -date information on HR related movements. FYI.
