10 years have passed since the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011.

While covid-19 changed the world so quickly, the situation in the disaster-affected area shows no big a change.

The afterquake a few weeks ago might have been an alarm. 

 

It is true that the big earthquake happened in a certain area of Japan, which is also local on the globe, but it was a big enough issue for evey country to reconsider what nuclear power generation is and how risk projection should be.

Namely, the importance of anticipatory behaviors. 

 

Visible actions to ease pains of those affected by the disaster is needed, not in the government/corporate perpective but in the victim's perspective.
