Andrew: It's because he liked one of the members, and another member started dating her. That's why he made that rule.
➫ It's [That's] because ~ は「それは～だから」（理由・原因を与える）
➫ That's why ~ は「だから～」（原因・理由を指して事態（結果）を説明）

英語とは関係ないですが、年齢を重ねてきて、ついた脂肪が落ちにくくなるのを実感しています(^^;)
なので、適正体重を維持するために毎朝体重を測るんです
増減の「見える化」は、食べる量を調節する（主に「減らす」）のに役立っています^^
