Before started sun salute, we did some stretches and simple asanas.
I wish you will enjoy "Lion Pose, Simhasana" at home. I couldn't make my boy laugh in the class, but he really loves this communication when we are playing.
It relieves stress and calm your mind.
クラスの始めに顔の筋トレ、ライオンポーズをして息子を笑わせようとしたら、
ことごとくスルーされ、一人変顔。という残念な出だしとなりました


And "Chair Pose,Utkatasana".
I wanted you to focus on, how we use bones(importantly, joints) and muscles (there are also outer muscles and core muscles) separately. Imagine that you are putting your joint on water. And separately from your hip muscles, use your core muscles. Which means, "don't block your bones and activate your pelvic floor". Take your time and try it again and again. It also good for mothers after baby birth.
骨と筋肉。どうしてもごっそりまとめてイメージし、動かそうとしてしまいがちですが、
骨(特に各関節)を水に浮かべたように解放し、コアの筋肉(この場合、大臀筋から独立させて骨盤低筋)を使えるようになったら、健康的に動ける身体づくりに繋がると思います。
産後トレーニングにオススメのチェアポーズで体験して頂きました。
繰り返しイメージと実践をすることで、感覚が掴めて来ます。
