Let me introduce our new Yoga Instructor
Alankrita from India Alankrita grew up in India. Yoga was a part of her life since she was little.
She learned Yoga for 8 years at school.
She will share her Yoga experience at my class from September 7th.

The class will begin with my instruction (Stretches and Vinyasa Yoga)
and Alankrita's Ashtanga Yoga will follow the last 30 minutes.

９月から、インド人のアランクリタが講師としてヨガクラスに参加してくれることになりました
インドで生まれ育ち、ヨガ的思想が生活の一部だった彼女。
通っていた学校のカリキュラムにヨガが含まれていたそうですよ。
私のヨガはヴィンヤサですが、アシュタンガヨガの経験をもつアランクリタの知識や文化に触れるのがとても楽しみです。
前半を私が担当し、後半がアランクリタ担当の予定です。楽しんで頂けますように:)
